A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation or late payment of the balance.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival.
There is also a standard security deposit of £250 which can be pre-authorised on a credit card, no debit will be made unless there is significant damage.
Weekly rates are from £250, dependent on the season and number of occupants.
Reservations will be held for a maximum of 24 hours pending credit card payment of the deposit.
