Sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms.

Inclusive in the rental is gas central heating, electricity, towels and linen.
Baby equipment including cot, high chair etc are available on request.
The cottage has free garage parking for one car with further metered parking available in the neighbouring streets. Slightly further away, but still in walking distance, there is free on street parking.
The minimum stay is two nights.
Cleaning is provided on a weekly basis.
The flat is non-smoking and unfortunately is not suitable for pets.

Delivery of groceries ordered through e-shopping which is available from Sainsburys or Tescos.
