Regent Terrace B&B

Regent Terrace was built in 1826 as part of William Playfair's design for Calton Hill at the East end of Princes Street. The harmonious façade faces south with views through the trees to Holyrood Park and Arthur's Seat.

Julie and Michael Lambert have dedicated the lower ground floor of their home at Number 18 to guests, and offer bed and breakfast accommodation in a twin or double bedroom throughout the year.

Stone steps give access to your own front door. This is a quiet, central place to stay. Princes Street is 8 minutes' walk away, Waverley train station 10 minutes, and although there is metered parking outside on week days, free parking is available 5 minutes walk away.

Accommodation:
Twin or Double bedroom (the beds can be joined together), with private bathroom (shower over bath) a couple of steps away. Breakfast:
A Continental breakfast is served in your room.
Fruit, yoghurt, rolls, toast, croissants, tea, coffee and juice.

If you have any special dietary requests please ask Julie in advance.

Tariff:
From £35 to £85 per room per night, including breakfast.
The steps to the bed and breakfast accommodation are through a gate in the railings to the left of the main entrance which like all the doors in Regent Terrace has a handsome stone Doric portico.
