A deposit of £250 is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation or late payment of the balance.
The remaining balance is due four weeks before arrival.
Weekly rates are from £300 and dependent on the season and number of occupants.
Telephone and fax reservations will be held for a maximum of five days pending receipt of the deposit.
A £250 security deposit is held against any damages or breakages.

Additional features available at extra cost:
Cleaning more frequently than weekly.
Delivery of groceries ordered through e-shopping which is available from Sainsburys or Tescos (see Links).
Assistance with restaurant and theatre bookings.
Assistance with making reservations for golf and other sporting activities.
Babysitting - can usually be arranged with notice.
